Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
EverPress respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website, review a customer-specific proposal, create an account, communicate with us, or place an order.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with EverPress, we may collect:
- Your name, company name, professional title, email address, telephone number, and other business contact information.
- Billing and shipping addresses.
- Order contents, quantities, proposal reference numbers, payment status, transaction details, and customer service history.
- Account information when you create or use an EverPress customer account. Passwords are managed through the website’s account system and are not visible to EverPress personnel in readable form.
- Communications you send to us by email, contact form, telephone, or another method.
- Design-related materials associated with your proposal or order, including names, photographs, company information, article content, publication references, approved mockups, production specifications, and revision history.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and activity necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
We may also obtain professional or business information from publicly available sources, company websites, publications, business directories, or other legitimate business sources when preparing proposals or conducting business-to-business outreach.
How We Use Your Information
EverPress may use the information we collect to:
- Prepare and deliver personalized design proposals.
- Process, produce, ship, and support your order.
- Maintain your shopping cart and customer account.
- Send order confirmations, receipts, shipping notices, account messages, and customer service communications.
- Associate purchases with the correct proposal, design, publication, or recipient.
- Preserve approved designs and production information for future reorders.
- Respond to questions, requests, revisions, warranty concerns, or delivery issues.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
- Maintain business, accounting, tax, and transaction records.
- Improve the reliability and usability of our website and ordering process.
- Send relevant business communications or proposal follow-ups. You may ask us to discontinue non-transactional marketing communications at any time.
Customer-Specific Proposals and Designs
Some EverPress proposal pages are provided through unique direct links and may contain designs created for a particular customer, company, honoree, or publication.
These links and designs are intended only for the customer and the customer’s authorized coworkers, representatives, or family members. Customers should not forward proposal links or distribute proposal images outside the intended group.
A unique link should not be treated as encrypted document storage or as a guarantee that nobody else can access the page. If you believe a proposal link or customer-specific design has been viewed by an unauthorized person, please contact EverPress promptly.
Orders and Customer Accounts
When you place an order, we collect the information required to complete the transaction, produce the correct item, arrange delivery, communicate with you, and maintain an accurate order history.
You may be able to check out as a guest or create a customer account. If you create an account, it may allow you to review orders, manage contact information, and simplify future purchases.
Because EverPress customers frequently request reorders years after an original purchase, we may retain order details, proposal references, approved designs, production specifications, and related communications for continuing customer service and reorder purposes.
Payments
Payments may be processed by PayPal or another payment provider displayed during checkout. The payment provider may receive information necessary to process or support the transaction, including your name, billing information, shipping information, purchase amount, and transaction details.
EverPress does not receive or store your complete payment-card number when payment information is entered directly through the payment provider’s checkout system.
PayPal processes information according to its own Privacy Statement.
Please do not send credit-card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials to EverPress by email.
