Product Quality

Each EverPress plaque is 100% custom and handmade using premium materials—including trophy-grade substrates, high-resolution prints, epoxy coatings, engraved metal nameplates, and carefully applied paints.

Due to the artisanal nature of our process, minor imperfections may occasionally occur. These are normal and not considered product defects.

Information on how to address damages caused during shipping is included in every package. Please follow those instructions before submitting a claim. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined in our shipping and quality guide.

Graphics vs. Final Product

Before payment, our design team provides a high-resolution graphic proof for your review and approval.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you’ve reviewed and approved the proof.

We are not responsible for any typographical or design errors that were present in the approved version. Please double-check all spelling, punctuation, and layout before finalizing your order.

To ensure the most beautiful finish, we generally recommend avoiding cutouts in your design.

Returns

Because each plaque is made-to-order and fully customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

What we do with your information

• We store your name, company, and email for internal use only.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
• We do not store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely by trusted third-party providers.
